Director
Sam brings more than 20 years of experience in social care and oversees the day-to-day leadership of Ocala Healthcare’s services. Passionate about delivering high-quality care, she is dedicated to creating positive outcomes for both the people we support and everyone at Ocala.
As the winner of the Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 National Award, Sam takes pride in building a compassionate, supportive environment where both individuals and the wider team can thrive.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys running, travelling, and cooking.
Director
Adam combines a strong background in the care sector with commercial insight and a
genuine understanding of the needs of the people we support. He is passionate about
helping Ocala Healthcare support more families while maintaining a personalised and
compassionate approach to care. Outside of work, Adam enjoys football, golf, spending
time with his children, and serving as a retained firefighter.
Registered Manager
Rachel leads care teams, coordinates assessments, and works closely with families to
ensure care remains consistent, responsive, and person-centred. With a hands-on
approach and a genuine passion for supporting others, Rachel plays an important role
in maintaining Ocala’s trusted standards of care. In her spare time, she enjoys spending
time with friends and family, decorating, listening to podcasts, walking her dog, and
cooking.
Service Manager
Annabelle is responsible for coordinating support visits, matching people we support
with the right care professionals, and maintaining clear communication with families
and our care teams. Organised, approachable, and compassionate, she helps ensure
every person receives a smooth and personalised care experience. Outside of work,
Annabelle enjoys shopping, socialising with friends, and taking her dog for walks.
Care Coordinator
Chloe supports the smooth day-to-day coordination of care by managing schedules,
responding to queries, and helping ensure the people we support receive the care they need. With excellent organisational skills and a caring approach, she is committed to delivering responsive and professional support. In her free time, Chloe enjoys playing hockey, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors.
Marketing Executive
Selin helps bring the Ocala story to life through thoughtful, engaging content. Whether
she is behind her desk or behind the camera, she plays a key role in sharing who we are,
what we do, and the wonderful impact of our care. Outside of work, Selin enjoys going
to the gym and playing netball.
Felisha oversees audits, monitors regulatory requirements, and supports continuous improvement across the business. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, Felisha helps ensure our clients receive care they can trust – every single day. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, and being a lash and nail technician.
