Samantha oversees care delivery, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and supports both staff and clients to maintain the highest levels of safety, dignity, and wellbeing. With a hands-on approach, she plays a key role in building strong relationships with families, managing staff training and development, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation. Outside of work, Sam enjoys learning and taking part in health and wellness activities, spending time with her children, and the Great British Bake Off.
