What care services do Ocala Healthcare provide?

Having started as a care agency in 2017, it is fair to say that Ocala Healthcare has changed. Ocala Recruitment is busy taking up the mantel that Ocala Healthcare started supporting care providers with their permanent and temporary staffing needs.

Ocala Healthcare provides our CQC registered care services with the mission of helping people to live a life well-lived.

Since August 2020 we have supported adults to stay in their own homes with care that improves confidence, and provides consistent, quality and reliable care.

There are currently two services that Ocala Healthcare provide, 24/7 home care and our Community Response service.

Why does Ocala Healthcare care for people in their own homes?

Ocala Healthcare started providing care to people in their own homes as we feel that our extensive care experience mixed with our recruitment experience places us in a unique position to provide care services that truly meets peoples needs.

At Ocala Healthcare we understand the importance that consistency of having the same carers day in day out makes to people in their own homes. We also know that being reliable and doing what we say we will make people’s lives better.

In addition to this, our recruitment experience means that we can get in front of carers that share our values, and our values mean that people have the opportunity to live a life that allows them to do more than merely live comfortably. Our consistent, quality, and reliable care means that you will have the opportunity to live a life well-lived, despite your care needs.

How does Ocala Healthcare provide quality care?

Ocala Healthcare provides quality care by putting our care values at the heart of everything that we do. This means everyone at Ocala Healthcare asking themselves “how can I positively affect quality of care?” when making decisions at all levels of Ocala Healthcare.

Who does Ocala Healthcare care for?

24/7 Home Care

We specialise in supporting adults with a diagnosis of a learning disability, cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, and multiple mental health conditions to continue to live in their own home.

Community Response

Our community response team provides an emergency response service via the local authority to care services across Suffolk. Our team specialises in crisis avoidance. This provides support to people with a diagnosis of learning disabilities that are, for any reason, in a heightened state and likely to be hospitalised without additional support.

What does Ocala Healthcare do?

24/7 Home Care

Ocala Healthcare provides care staff and support workers to people in their own homes. We assist people with the obvious support. Such as shopping, medication, personal care, and day to day assistance.

That’s the obvious and practical. The not so obvious, is the confidence, consistency and reliability that we provide. By providing the same carers consistently, our team builds tremendous rapport with the people they care for. This has a positive impact on confidence and trust.

We have found by building great trust with the people we support, we are able to assist people to look beyond the boundaries that some put on themselves. Installing them with the confidence to try new things and to see and take opportunities to live experiences.

Community Response

Our community response team provides a short notice response to care provisions that are in crisis. This means that in crisis avoidance, social work team and care providers are able to work on long term and proactive solutions.

When does Ocala Healthcare provide care?

24/7 Home Care
