Sam Cage

Registered Manager

Samantha boasts more than two decade of experience working in social care and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of Ocala Healthcare’s services.

Adam Storey

Business Development Director

With a strong background in the care sector, Adam combines commercial insight with a deep understanding of client needs, helping Ocala Healthcare reach more families while maintaining a personalised, high-quality approach to care. Outside of work, Adam enjoys playing football and golf, spending time with his children, and his other job – as a retained firefighter.

Rachel Carr

Registered Manager

Rachel manages care teams, coordinates client assessments, and works closely with families to maintain consistent and responsive care. With a hands-on approach and a deep commitment to person-centred support, Rachel plays a key role in maintaining Ocala’s standards of excellence and trust. In her spare time, Rachel relaxes with friends and family, enjoys decorating the house, listening to podcasts, dog walking, and cooking.

Stephen Hydes

LP Deputy Manager

Steven’s role includes supporting staff training, and ensuring service users lead fulfilling, empowered lives. He brings a calm, consistent presence to the role and is passionate about creating inclusive environments where everyone feels heard, safe, and respected. Outside of work, Steven enjoys sending time with his children and partner, playing or watching sport – particularly football – going to the gym and running. He also loves music and seeing live bands play.

Annabelle York

Care Coordinator

As Care Coordinator, Annabelle is responsible for scheduling support visits, matching clients with the most suitable care professionals, and maintaining clear communication between teams and families. With a strong eye for detail and a warm, empathetic approach, Annabelle helps make sure every care journey is smooth, responsive, and truly person-centred. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, going out with friends and taking her dog out.

Chloe Elsom

Care Coordinator

Chloe’s role involves scheduling, handling queries, and making sure each client’s needs are met with empathy and efficiency. She brings strong organisational skills and a deep commitment to delivering care that feels personal, professional, and proactive. Her hobbies include weightlifting, spending time with friends and family and being in the outdoors.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, and being a lash and nail technician.
