What services do you offer?

We provide a range of services for people with complex care needs. Our minimum packages start at six hours of care per day. During this time we can offer personal care like washing, dressing and toileting and home support like meal preparation, domestic tasks and chores and companionship. As well as care in the home, we can also help with community support including day trips, shopping trips and appointments and with positive behaviour support and community engagement. Our team includes complex care specialists with medical training and skills to handle high dependency care, ensuring your loved ones receive the assistance they require. All of our office team are trained in Mental Health First Aid. All our care plans are bespoke and meet the specific needs of the individual.

What areas do you cover?
Ocala Healthcare currently covers all of Suffolk and the surrounding area. This includes, Felixstowe, Ipswich, Hadleigh, Lowestoft, Woodbridge, Stowmarket and Bury St Edmunds. If you would like to find out more about the geographical locations we cover, reach out and give us a call.
What is the cost of care?
Our costs vary depending on the level and type of support required, as well as the source of funding – whether privately funded or through local authority support. To discuss your individual needs and explore your options, please call our Registered Manager, Sam, on 01473 941 211.

At Ocala Healthcare, we combine first-hand experience with rigorous systems to deliver consistently high-quality care. Our team is carefully selected through a robust recruitment process, supported with bespoke in-house training, and continuously monitored through regular feedback and supervision. We’re CQC registered and committed to ongoing improvement, ensuring the care we provide not only meets expectations – but exceeds them.

How do you train your carers?
All of our care team receives bespoke, in-house, face-to-face training. This includes moving and assisting, basic life support, medication, safeguarding, health and safety, among other mandatory training. In addition to our mandatory training, we offer bespoke training according to each individual we provider support to with regards to their needs, such as PEG feeding, Autism, Epilepsy and PBS.
