Our shift patterns are flexible and designed to suit both the needs of the individuals we support and the availability of our team. We typically operate across three core shifts:

Early: 07:00 – 15:00
Late: 15:00 – 22:00
Night: 22:00 – 07:00

Some services may vary, and we always aim to accommodate individual preferences where possible. Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, or weekend work, we have options available.

Do you provide permanent contracts?
Yes. While we offer a range of contract types to suit different needs – including part-time and flexible roles – the majority of our positions are permanent. We believe in building long-term relationships with our staff and investing in their professional development.
What is the pay rate?
We pay the real living wage, as per the Real Living Wage Foundation, which is currently £12.60ph. We also provide enhancements for nights, weekends, and bank holidays where applicable.
