We support other care providers with ad-hoc needs to assist with staff shortages. It is important to us to deliver a great service. This means providing you with a care worker who is well trained, hard working and someone who knows your service.

 

Your home is caring for people 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and so are we! Providing around the clock support to services caring for a range of clients.

What checks do you do on staff?

We ensure we deliver a quality service by providing you with consistent staffing and having a robust recruitment process that ensures we employ people who share our care values. All of our care staff;

  • have a minimum of 6 months experience in care
  • are interviewed face to face
  • are trained by our own in-house training team
  • are subject to 5 years of referencing
  • are DBS checked annually

For every member of the team that supports you and your home, we will provide you with a detailed profile showing the mandatory training and added value training so that you can be confident that you are getting competent staff.

Our staff are provided with quality training by our in-house training team which are all class room based.

All of our staff complete our care training annually to ensure you are provided with the safest and most effective care worker available.
