As we strive to be unlike any other care agency, and work to provide better recruitment and care services than any other before us, we realise that we need to be more motivated and consistent than anyone and everyone else!
If we are to achieve our mission to be the catalyst for change in agency care, and to set new standards of reliability, quality of care and putting people first, then we will need to truly understand our purpose that drives us every day.
There are lots of things that are great for motivation! Music, motivational speeches, Gary Vee, Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Fearless Motivation, Lesley Brown, reading, the speech from Independence Day, your best friend gassing you up…. All of these are great to get moments of super high motivation! The sort of motivation that makes you feel deep within your soul that you are about to train for that marathon, start that business, or making a change that you think will make you happy!
A day goes past, a week goes past, and sometimes a whole month will go past! But eventually that motivation will begin to wane, and you will need another hit! The more hits you take, the less that type of motivation lasts.
At Ocala Healthcare, we do not have that problem because we have found the secret to ever lasting motivation! The secret is to find your purpose for doing whatever it is you are trying to do! It’s not enough to quite like to do it, or I might like it if I did! You have to really want and believe what you are trying to achieve is worthwhile for you and it takes on a life of it’s own if it helps others in the process.
Our purpose at Ocala Healthcare is to help care providers to deliver OUTSTANDING care to their residents, whilst enhancing the lives of carers with Real Living Pay and exciting opportunities.
Everyone at Ocala Healthcare feels so strongly about this, that despite the challenges, trials, and tribulations of the last year, our care team and coordinating team have powered through them every day with a smile on their face.
With great purpose, comes great power.
